Peas:
Snow Peas - flat-podded cold weather peas, tall or dwarf
Snap Peas - plump juicy pods harvested & eaten young to eat the pod or let mature and shell 'em.
Shelling Peas - tough pods protect tender sweet peas, tall vines & short, green or purple

Cold Weather Greens:
Laccinato Kale - also known as "dinosaur kale", a flavorful thick-leaved kale with an unusual look
Chinese Kale - a sweet kale sometimes used as chinese broccoli
White and Red Russian Kales - Flat leaved, colorful and tasty garden kales
Bok-Choi - a large, juicy and widely used asian vegetable
Baby Bak-choi - small and very tender variety of bak-choi
Tat Soi - a beautiful, small, sweet, mild and yummy mustard spinach
Escarole - a key Italian ingredient used in soups, pasta sauces and much more
Swiss Chard - we'll have gold, red and five-color chards available this year

Cabbage Family:
Cauliflower - White & Green varieties
Broccoli - Head, Side-sprouting, Raab and Asian varieties
Cabbage - Green and Red varieties
Brussels Sprouts - Rubine Red variety

One with extra carotene, one specifically for making sun-dried tomatoes, some bush varieties for container growing.

Genovese - the gold standard for pesto!
Thai Basil - the spicy basil used in thai & vietnamese foods
Lemon & Lime Basils - green basil with hints of these citrus flavors
Mexican Cinnamon Spice - a small-leaved basil with a touch of cinnamon flavor
Mammoth Green Basil - an extra-large-leaved basil great for wrapping
Petra Basil - a dark purple large-leaved basil
Red Rubin - a beautiful red-leaved genovese basil

Green, Red, Yellow and Purple Bell Peppers
Yellow Cheese Pepper - a squat yellow nicely flavored sweet pepper
Paprika Alma Pepper - a squat lobey pepper - white w/ red blush
